The SEC needs to resolve the 622 billion unregistered shares prior to release of the trust. It’s obvious the 622 Billion shares were not available to the market during cmkx’s run (in escrow so to speak) and used in the ‘stock borrow program’ by marklet makers, thus they were counterfeited to the tune of 1.244 trillion shares (THE PROOF)of NSS. When the 622B are resolved (along with the other 5 trillion non-proof nss shares)…the trust will be released. Hang tight bona fides.

Once the 622 Billion shares are resolved for public viewing, that will indicate the NSS has been ‘paid and accounted for’ and the pro-rata distribution of Entourage Shares and “OTHER ASSETS” from the trust can be released.

it was really quite simple. the bad guys used the system. they really didn’t break the law. the stock borrow program allowed them to ‘make a market” liquidity to ensure stability. they just took it a little too far and noticed that if they continued to MOVE the shares they would never have to ‘SETTLE’ them….but they never planned on the cmkx music stopping….ooops

to establish the share value the company had to sell a claim…..then the 54 cents could be applied to ALL shares…even those created “out of thin air” using the ‘stock borrow program’…..

dear whoever, I agree. but there was no other way to handle it…there was no ONE that they could arrest…it was corporate gone wild. the legislature ok’d the practice with good intentions, but never imagined what would take place. not to mention that sarbanes was a huge mistake. we were on the edge of a massive collapse. they trashed thousands of good companies. the US will feel this for many many years.

ponder this…what if the FORENSIC ACCOUNTING TEAM determined that CMKX had been ‘stock borrowed’ to the tune of 9x….and over the past 7 years they would subtract one of the 622b shares for each 9x electronic NSS shares THAT GOT COVERED…..when tyler listed out shares (roughly 52 billion or so) pending identification. I wonder if they were telling us the status?… seems to me, we must be pretty close to COMPLETE RECONCILIATION by now.

David, long ago when cmkm brought this to the attention of the FED, they had to prove they had something in order to make their case for $$$ against the short…. They did, and the Gov wanted proof… So they sent up 2 people to have a look see… That’s all I know about it…

the 622 billion REAL SHARES were put away in a SAFE PLACE…the market was not aware of this and BORROWED on that same amount OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER…. but then the music stopped. ooops

willy, when urban wrapped up the company on March 30, 2007 all the assets including ENTORAGE shares were place in the private trust for distribution on a pro rata basis. the problem was that the trust has a mandate that all shares in the original company CMKM must be verrified by physical certificates….”THE MUSIC STOPPED”

stock, the original .54 was value placed on the company shares at a specific point in time and used to value ALL shares….when the mm’s and brokers created trillions of fake electronic shares using the stock borrow program, they in effect created a debt owed the company and its shareholders…they are being forced to pay for ALL the shares

the actual value per share
is unknown…..
if there are only 8,800 or so shareholders as indicated via the transfer agent registration numbers…and the fact that Urban and Family are not participating in the distribution, I would imagine the share price could even be higher

After 800 billion arrived they would often give as an O/S, 778 billion shares…missing approx. 22 billion.
Your count is 22-23 billion.
A few years ago I heard a share swap went down wit PCBM…guess how many shares? I heard around 22 billion.

DAVID…SO is the Hodges Bivens action forcing the SEC to force the broker/bankers to cover the CMKX NSS, or is there something else going on here? this was a brilliant show….
urban wraps up the company knowing the dopes stock borrowed more shares than available in the company… yet he holds the real ones in a SECURE SAFE PLACE and using FORENSIC ACCOUNTING establishes the BONAFIDE list….then converts out the name so the NSS went with it…Tyler subsequently sues thinking urban created the extra shares, but NOPE….Urban has PROOF he did everything on the up and up.

Well well David, not sure who you are exactly but I will say I totally agree with this statement you made. Many many years ago, when I had my one step ahead board on IHUB, I wrote about just what you said. I have always felt that Urban held all the “REAL” shares, each and every one of them!
So now question remains, is UC a crook or part of one of the most brilliant plans ever shcemed to bring the crooked SOB’s to their knees?
I say the latter, now bring it on and whether the Deli shares are good or not, there are thousands of “BONIFIDE SHAREHOLDERS WHO WANT PAID and are tired of waiting and certainly are not going anywhere until we have been paid!
