Commission for Public Complaints Letter

Letter from the shareholders to Mr. Chris Beach:

Dear Chris Beach
Commission for Public Complaints Against the RCMP

As you are no doubt aware, revelations of (primarily) American Stock Market corruption, along with related political and administrative corruption in the US Financial System are finally surfacing in the Public’s consciousness. People around the globe are rapidly being enlightened each day to the crimes that have and are being committed against them either directly or indirectly, as all our livelihoods depend upon the health and in the security of the US financial System.

I am a citizen of ________________________ and a shareholder in CMKM Diamonds, Inc. Our company and its 50,000 shareholders, according to sworn testimony, was used by the United States Department of Justice in concert with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the US Department of Homeland Security and others, as ‘bait‘ in a ‘Sting Operation‘ against Financial System wrong-doers. The ‘Sting’ was designed to entrap numerous onshore and offshore financial institutions and individuals who were counterfeiting trillions of shares of our stock and in the market as a whole. This “Sting” operation completely disregarded both the shareholders’ financial and constitutional rights, in most of the world’s jurisdictions.

Evidence presented to the RCMP, the FBI, the DOJ, the Honorable Vic Toews Public Safety Minister of Canada and to your commission indicates conclusively that the CMKM Diamonds ‘Sting‘ action was successfully completed and funds were collected from each of the wrongdoers and placed in a trust between 2004 and 2006 that were to be distributed to bonafide shareholders of CMKM in 2006. I have attached a copy of a $3.87 trillion Bivens Class Action Lawsuit brought in January 2010 that backgrounds our case in its entirety.

For nearly five years these funds have been illegally withheld from those it rightfully belongs to, even after taxes were paid to the American government from the fund in December 2009. I am calling upon you to to add your voice and influence to support the rightful release of these funds to their lawful recipients. I support the action of the CMKX Shareholders Coalition for Justice in asking for an immediate investigation into the allegations put forth by the attorney that represents 50000 shareholders, Mr. Al Hodges, and that money set aside for me be released immediately as required by law. File numbers 2010-34906 PS and PC-2010-2144.

There are only two sides to this issue; right and wrong, or more simply, just or criminal. I am sure you will clearly see which side you will wish to be on.

With great hopes for Justice and in anticipation of a positive and pro-active reply
